8. During the cutting process, no curve cutting is allowed, and side grinding is not allowed. Curve cutting and side grinding are easy to form saw blade cracks, block droppings, or broken substrates.
9. If the incision is skewed, the depth of the cut should not be too large, pay attention to safety during the incision, try not to keep your body and the saw blade on a flat surface, and hear an abnormal sound response during the incision. Immediately stop the incision and see if the saw blade is damaged, or if the saw blade fixing screw is loose.
10. If the diamond saw blade is blocked during use, the saw blade will become blunt. Please use a ceramic wheel or refractory brick to cut the blade from the beginning (cutting is to cut a dozen knife on the ceramic abrasive wheel or refractory brick). Sharpness can be restored after re-sharpening.
11. When you encounter noise and fierce oscillation during the incision, you should stop immediately and check whether the saw blade has cracked or dropped. If there are cracks and dropped blocks, you need to replace the new blade.
12. When cutting, the blade of the saw blade exceeds the cutting data by more than 2mm, which can reduce the edge of the cut data.
13. If the diameter of the saw blade does not match the spindle of the cutting machine, a washer of a suitable size can be used. However, during the cutting process, pay attention to whether the saw blade is jittering. If the washer falls off and continues to be used, it is easy to form a jitter when the saw blade is cut, and after all, the saw blade is out of round and cannot be used continuously. Out-of-roundness means that one side of the saw blade wears more and less wear on one side. It can be seen from the appearance that the degree of unevenness of the blade is different.
